I saw a clever organizer in a Better Homes and Gardens specialty magazine a while back and decided to see if I could make one. It turned out great and will be the demo project for this month's Girls In Stitches.
We're going to meet at my house in Mt. Juliet again and you are welcome to bring any project you would like to work on, or feel free to follow along as we stitch together this simple wall hanging organizer.
Just in Time for Spring Cleaning, this versatile organizer can be adapted to any project or function needed. Scrap booking, painting, kid's art supplies, jewelry or just odds and ends you need separated from your keys by the back door, you can make this project work for you. You can decide the location and size of the pockets, or you can make it exactly as I did this one, perfect for keeping notes, patterns and tools for sewing projects.
Thursday, March 26th is our next get together and we'll meet from 6:30 to 9:00. Bring a snack or a drink and hopefully we'll send you home with a finished something or another.
